Louis Stedman-Bryce: Championing Change in Children’s Care

Louis Stedman Bryce has built his life on turning challenges into opportunities. From leaving home at fifteen to becoming Scotland’s first Black parliamentarian, his journey has always been about creating lasting change.

Today, as founder of the Inkfish Group, Louis is dedicated to reshaping how society cares for vulnerable children. Over the past five years he has led projects that combine property investment with social impact, creating safe homes and environments where young people can thrive.

What makes Louis different is his mix of lived experience and strategic vision. He understands the human stories behind children’s services while building the commercial structures that make them sustainable. His philosophy is clear: put care first, build with integrity, and results follow.

Through his work with investors and entrepreneurs, Louis offers more than knowledge. He invites people to be part of a movement where returns are measured not only in profit but in lives transformed.

Becoming Scotland’s first Black parliamentarian was more than a milestone. It proved his ability to challenge the system and achieve what many thought impossible.
