Project Thrive Mastermind Programme – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Project Thrive Mastermind Program (the “Program”) provided by K200 LSB LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”). By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Programme Overview

The Programme is a 12-month mastermind for ethical property investors, including:

  • 11 monthly half-day workshops

  • 11 mid-month group mentoring sessions

  • Access to tools, templates and sector specialists

  • Site visits and project walkthrough opportunities

  • Closed community access and ongoing accountability

 

3. Participant Commitment

To get the most value from the Programme, participants are expected to commit to:

  • Active participation in workshops and mentoring sessions

  • Engaging with the community and providing peer support

  • Taking action on at least one property project during the 12-month period

 

4. Fees and Payment

The investment fee for the Programme is discussed individually during the application process. Full payment is required in advance unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

 

5. Refund Policy – 60-Day Money Back Guarantee

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also expect participants to put genuine effort into applying the strategies and participating in the Programme. We offer a 60-day refund period, conditional on demonstrated effort.

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at hello@stedmanbryce.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'.

  • Submit your request no later than 60 days after your purchase at 11:59 PM GMT

  • You must include proof of participation and coursework (e.g., session notes, completed templates, evidence of project exploration).

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Requests are made after the 60-day window

  • Proof of work is not provided

  • You have not actively engaged in the Programme content

 

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the Programme (including documents, templates, and recordings) remain the intellectual property of K200 LSB LTD and are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, sold, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Changes to the Programme

We reserve the right to modify elements of the Programme, including guest speakers, session times, or delivery methods, where reasonably necessary.
